A Rose for Emily In the procedure of the “A Rose for Emily’ trial, my position was to validate’ that all accusations and statements were right and straight from the text. During the trial, would develop extra questions or actions as the accusations provided themselves. That position was not as simple as it seemed. Looking in the text to validate what the prosecution was stating was time consuming. Keep in mind taking was also required as to not ask the same concerns to the Witnesses on the stand.
The research that was carried out for this trial made me question whether Emily eliminated Homer. My perspective did modification and I truly think that Emily did toddler kill Homer according to all proof that we had the ability to obtain. By following the text it was hard for the prosecution to prove their case because there was no difficult proof. For the defense, our case was much easier to win because all we truly required was to give the jury– one juror– the advantage of a doubt.
With the text, we might do just that, The prosecution wanted to charge Emily of the murder of Homer because she was lonesome. The purchase of the arsenic was given the attention of the juror but could not be proven whether was given to Homer by Emily. On the detention side, it was perceived that Tube was administering the arsenic in the food that was prepared by him, At the end of the story, there no proof that it was Homer lying deteriorated on the bed.
In general, think the trial procedure was uncomplicated and enjoyable. For better understanding of the trial process, would recommend a design be printed out of how a trial ought to be performed.
